Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

โš ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain RC components and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Component Bags (seal must be intact)
  • Cut or Modified Materials (Carbon & Glass Fibre Sheet, Carbon Booms, Rod, Strip, Tube)
  • Used or Installed Servos (Blue Bird Servos, CHA Servos)
  • Electronic Devices that have been powered or connected (Altimeters, AMRT & Altitude Switches)
  • Custom-cut or Special Order Items
  • Covering Material & Tapes that have been unrolled or cut

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Once you have your RMA number:

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items shipped by us.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your communication
  3. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return
  4. Standard shipping charges apply for the replacement shipment

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas):

  • Customs documentation is your responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import duties
