We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of RC components and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Component Bags (seal must be intact)
- Cut or Modified Materials (Carbon & Glass Fibre Sheet, Carbon Booms, Rod, Strip, Tube)
- Used or Installed Servos (Blue Bird Servos, CHA Servos)
- Electronic Devices that have been powered or connected (Altimeters, AMRT & Altitude Switches)
- Custom-cut or Special Order Items
- Covering Material & Tapes that have been unrolled or cut
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once you have your RMA number:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product:

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas):
- Customs documentation is your responsibility
